FamGo Admin Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, FamGo handles staff account and authentication information, role and permission information, administrative actions and audit records, operational records that authorized staff view or manage, and diagnostic information generated while using the application.

FamGo Admin uses Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Crashlytics for operational data storage and diagnostic reporting.

We use information to authenticate and authorize staff, operate and secure FamGo services, maintain auditability, investigate safety, fraud, or service issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.

We share information with service providers that support FamGo, including Firebase services described above, and with other users only when needed to provide a requested service. For example, Passenger and Driver trip participants receive the trip and contact information necessary to coordinate that trip. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, FamGo, or the public.

Passenger and Driver request location access for trip-related features. Driver availability and trip operations may use location while the driver is using those features. You can manage device permissions in your device settings. Push notifications are used for service and trip updates. Crash reports and diagnostics help us investigate reliability and security issues.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and for legitimate business, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, legal, or regulatory purposes. Where an account-deletion request is fulfilled, we delete personal information eligible for deletion and retain only information that must be kept for those legitimate purposes. FamGo uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
