FamGo Driver Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, FamGo handles account and profile information, phone-number authentication data, driver, vehicle, and verification-document information that you provide, availability and trip-operation records, trip history, pickup and drop-off addresses and coordinates, support and safety communications, notification tokens, and earnings or wallet-related records when you use those features.

The application uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Firebase Crashlytics. These services process information as necessary to provide authentication, data storage, notifications, and diagnostic reporting.

We use information to authenticate and onboard drivers, provide and coordinate trips, calculate and display operational or earnings information, provide support and safety assistance, send service notifications, prevent fraud and protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.

We share information with service providers that support FamGo, including Firebase services described above, and with other users only when needed to provide a requested service. For example, Passenger and Driver trip participants receive the trip and contact information necessary to coordinate that trip. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, FamGo, or the public.

Passenger and Driver request location access for trip-related features. Driver availability and trip operations may use location while the driver is using those features. You can manage device permissions in your device settings. Push notifications are used for service and trip updates. Crash reports and diagnostics help us investigate reliability and security issues.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and for legitimate business, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, legal, or regulatory purposes. Where an account-deletion request is fulfilled, we delete personal information eligible for deletion and retain only information that must be kept for those legitimate purposes. FamGo uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
